If you have a defect in material, quality or the garment was the incorrect size, you must notify us by email within 10 days of invoice date. After they have given you authorization for a return.
All items must be new, clean and unworn with all tags attached. All items must be returned in original packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been worn or damaged.
By law, there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments. Any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn. Panty garments and Any Intimate wear are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects and then only for an exchange.
Items must be received within 10 Business Days once return authorization has been obtained, no exceptions. Just Another Love Thong will credit your card or issue a store credit within 30 Business Days. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return.
